Orders, delivery and returns
Kledra does not sell anything. You buy on the shop we link to, so an order, its delivery, a return or a refund is handled by that shop. Contact them from your order confirmation.
Your account
To delete your account, open the app, tap Account, then Delete my account. Your favorites, reviews and votes go with it. On the website, or if you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address you registered with and we delete it for you.
Reporting a review
Every community review has a Report link. We look at every report and remove reviews that break our terms. You can also email [email protected] with a link to the piece.
